Java WYSIWYG Editor
EditLive! for Java is an online XHTML authoring tool by Ephox. This is WYSIWYG editor that allows you to create a page of text so that you can see what the end result will look like while the interface or document is being created.

Java WYSIWYG Editor Setup-Instructions
Login
to your forum.
Select
the profile icon and enter your Personal Options section.
There is
a line item called "Editor Type" change that to "WYSIWYG
Editor".
Now
enter a Category and start a new topic. Now
the following will appear (see Figure).
If it doesn't,
you might already have the necessary setup complete or this forum does
not allow the Java WYSIWYG Editor but just the usage of the default one.

Select
"Yes" to "Do you want to install and run Java Plugin"
(see Figure).

The
following (see Figure)
will initialize, wait for it to complete.

You
will then be asked to agree to a license agreement (see Figure)
read through and then proceed.

You
will then be asked to do a typical or custom install (see Figure),
select "Typical" and the Next button.

It
will install all the necessary files.
Finally,
a Final Security Warning will appear (see Figure)
asking if you trust the signed applet distributed by Ephox. Make
your option and proceed.

You are now all ready to use the Java WYSIWYG Editor.
Java WYSIWYG Editor Uninstalling Instructions
From
the Windows Start menu select Settings
and then Control Panel.
In
the Control panel double-click Add/Remove
Programs to start this application.
Scroll
down the list of programs to "Java 2 Runtime Environment" and
"Java Web Start" listing.
Click
the Add/Remove button to start the uninstall process for those two options.
Click Next and Finish.
